Dieter Knospe – Field Director for Europe: Central & Eastern/CIS

Dieter Knospe became Field Director of Europe: Central & Eastern/CIS in 1994. He is a native of Germany and served there as a pastor, evangelist, and editor/publisher from 1961-74. From 1974-94 he was the overseer of Germany and for the last year of his tenure also served as superintendent of the Commonwealth of Independent States (former Soviet Union). He is a former member of the World Missions Board. He and his wife Hildegard reside in Urbach, Germany.

Thomas Rosson – Education Director for Europe: Central & Eastern/CIS

Tom Rosson serves as Director of Educational Ministries in Europe: Central & Eastern/CIS. He was appointed to this position in 2003 after completing an educational leave of absence in the States. Previously Tom was a faculty member at the European Theological Seminary (1988-1998), where he also served as director of English speaking student ministries. Tom and two of his former students also led a church planting initiative in Rudersberg, Germany, where he and his wife Claudia also reside. Tom is a graduate of the Church of God Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and Regent University (Ph.D.).

Jonathan Augustine – Regional Superintendent for Hungary/Czech Republic/Poland/Slovakia

Jonathan Augustine serves as regional superintendent under Field Director Dieter Knospe. Along with his duties as superintendent, he and his wife Danielle work in Prague with a team of ministers involved in church planting and social ministry. Jonathan previously served as a missionary to Bulgaria where he was a translator and pastor and was instrumental in establishing a Bible school and orphanage. Jonathan is a graduate of the Church of God Theological Seminary.

Jivko Jeliazkov – Youth Director

Jivko Jeliazkov serves as Youth Director for Eastern and Western Europe. Hailing from Bulgaria and his wife from Spain, the Jeliazkovs are based out of the European Theological Seminary in Freudenstadt-Kniebis, Germany where he serves as a faculty member. Concurrently he pastors the Crossroads International Church in Freudenstadt. As youth director, Jivko is actively training youth leaders and helping each country develop their own youth programmes.
